Green Drinks Louisville will connect our community around sustainable efforts.
Green Drinks Louisville is where professionals who span many industries come together to connect and discuss sustainable initiatives in our community and socalize over common interests.
Organizers
The Louisville Sustainability Council's Community Engagement Action Team connects with other sustainable minded organizations, businesses and individuals to encourage expansion of Louisville's 'green' network, along with the understanding that supporting community awareness and increasing participation is important!
Locations change every meeting, focusing on various parts of town, to help illustrate the unique features of each of our neighborhoods. Highlighting different sustainable organizations each month will go hand-in-hand with the focus of each meeting.

Green Drinks Louisville events are FREE to attend and there is no cost for membership. You can purchase food and drinks at the events. Wednesday March 18, 2015, 6-8pm at Patrick O'Shea's 123 West Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
Our inaugural Green Drinks Lousville event found 40-50 people gathering at the Yum! Center at 201 West Main Street, Lousville, KY 40202, hearing from their Director of Operations, Sean Langer, who highlighted the buildings innovative systems during an interactive conversation, followed by a tour of UofL's Men's Basketball locker room. Hearing about the amazing environmentally sustainable choices Sean and his team have set in place, all while saving money is encouraging and very clever!
NuLu restaurants and bars have put in the investment and are a vital part of this now thriving community. Hear why early investors like the owners of Patrick O'Shea's found this 'new market' so appealing in face of the potential risk of being one of the first in a new market.
